how to order

If you want to order a flute, please contact us via mail at info@lejeuneflutes.com or via phone or Watsapp.

The waiting time for unkeyed flutes is usually fairly short – none if we have in stock what you want, up to 6 weeks if we don't. The waiting time for keyed instruments varies, but is usually around 2 years.

If you order, we'll need to know the following:

-the pitch of the flute and, in the case of a flute in D, what type you want.

-do you want keywork and if yes: how many keys and which ones

-do you want anything adapted – eg, left handed, pipers grip, longer keys, doubled keys, etc

-what wood do you want it in

-if we offer the choice, do you want a split body or a one piece body and do you want and a lined or half-lined headjoint

-any other special requests

We then ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm the order, unless the instrument you want is in stock.

Especially for the keyed instruments we try to meet you at least once, so that we can be sure to make you exactly what you need. Visiting the workshop is possible by appointment. If you live in Ireland, we're over there for some of the major festivals to make trying out our flutes possible without having to cross several seas.
